John was a beloved spouse, devoted father, and cherished grandfather. On Thursday, January 25, 2024, John, who was 85 years old at the time of his passing, departed this world at The Orchard Nursing Home in Tullibody.

John was the cherished spouse of Cathie, and the cherished father of May, Evelyn, and James. He was also the father of James. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Caroline, Ian, Ben, and James. His presence will be terribly missed. The passing of John has left a hole in the hearts of his family and friends, who will always cherish the memories of the warmth, wisdom, and love that he shared with them.

The Stirlingshire Crematorium will be the location of a funeral service that will be conducted on Wednesday, February 7th at 2:00 pm. The service will honour and celebrate the life of John. It is respectfully requested that all members of the family and friends be present for this solemn event. Immediately following the service, there will be a gathering at Tillicoultry Golf Club. This gathering will provide friends and loved ones with the opportunity to share their memories and offer support to one another at this trying time.

You have the option of making a donation on the day of the funeral or sending it straight to the charity that has been specified.
